This lecture block looks at the risk factors for road safety issues in transport. If we look at transport demand analysis and project assessment, traditionally capital cost and operational costs, as well as travel time savings were included in the assessment of projects. But there is more, and this set of lectures is one of the sets that elaborates on what else to consider.
